In a mixing tin add 2 oz. Traverse City Barrel Proof Rye Whiskey, heavy 1⁄4 oz. Traverse City barrel aged maple syrup, 2 dash angostura bitters, 1 dash orange bitters. Add ice and stir until fully diluted and chilled. Approximately 30 seconds. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a torched lemon peel.
