Our collaboration with Crafthouse brings you the Crafthouse Coffee Old Fashioned, reflecting co-founder Charles Joly’s vision for the perfect twist on this classic. At Traverse City Whiskey Co., we hand-picked 7 barrels from our aging stock to form the bourbon foundation for this fun release. When it came to sourcing coffee, we teamed up with the meticulous and creative crew at Chicago’s Dark Matter Coffee. The custom bitters blend—featuring citrus peel, baking spices, and cacao from Sleep Walk Chocolateria—ties everything together seamlessly.
